In my country, the investment in real estate is much more profitable, especially if you can get properties In big towns. You make profits in no distant time.

Yes, it is very much profitable to us there. Because individuals own lands and build houses of their choice and place on rent or sale make their money. Not everyone that is knowledgeable around stock trading. The investing is risky but still profitable when one is experienced enough.

Actually not everybody has the financial capabilities to startup a real estate property business but any can startup with small stocks.

Its good you understand the other factor when it comes to starting any of them. When their is advantage their is demerit too. Starting real estate housing project is expensive compared to starting stock exchange investment.
