Hmm, that's a good feature by skrill. I really don't know how it works, like how would you transfer the skrill funds to your mobile wallet?? Is it in form of voucher, or mobile data, or cash??

I can also directly withdraw to my bank, but bank withdrawal takes 2-3 days and has higher charges. Since I use mobile wallet for buying services and products, and paying bills withdrawing to mobile wallet is convinent for me.

I think withdrawing to your mobile wallet is just as easy like buying with your debit/credit card. I wouldn't mind withdrawing my funds to the bank when i can convert to all you said.
