Well, my mother already owns a second house (in addition to the one where we live), also located in Italy, but in the city of Piombino (Province of Livorno, regione Toscana).
So no money would be needed to buy.

You're right. Location is necessary. But most times, a house being expensive in a location is due to urbanization in that area. Or closeness to the main road can be another reason. If you are buying an old building, then you must certainly consider repair
