Your view is right and l agree strongly with your first point. Real estate properties if managed properly don't always loose value easily and at the same time serves as one of the most secured form of investment that existed long ago.

We should all think that way, I read a thread today from someone who is 75 and hasn't started saving for a pension. I think at that point there is little that can be saved, we should think in time and enjoy in old age of a good decision taken at the time.
