The defined benefit plan uses the average of the three consecutive years he received the greatest amount of compensation. For this employee, these are $58,000, $60,000 and $62,000. The average amount works out to $60,000.
The defined benefit plan applies a pension factor of 1.5 percent.

Why will I do that. That will make me a party to a crime and a rebel against the state. Something illegal is illegal no matter how it is defined by other states or nation. Laws vary with regions. Why somethings are acceptable and viewed as normal in other countries coming to yours you may find out it's just the opposite

Speak of the devil...

Well , maybe you are right as the democracy is getting better day by day and no one knows when the government start taking actions against those who are violating the laws. We should cooperate with the country and its rules.

In my opinion, I don't think it is good to go against the government. So if any government should ban any cryptocurrency, I think the citizen should just obey. I am saying this because you can't really fight the government. This is just my take.

I would advise you not to trade or do anything related to cryptocurrency as regards receiving payment ,there are other ways or methods in which you can receive your payment from here, PayPal is effective as far as you have a PayPal account which can receive and send money then you are very good to go discard crypto for now since your government is against it fully

yes I will sue trade and invest in Bitcoin if it was illegal in my country because I know overtime the leaders of my country will come to realise that cryptocurrency is the way the truth and the light and then funny funny eventually they will finally come to you first in cryptocurrency so yes I'll still invest in cryptocurrency thank you

according to my own point of view, as a well experienced business man, if I'm asked if I will trade or invest in cryptocurrency, if it is legal in my country, I will say yes. I will trade and invest in cryptocurrency because I see cryptocurrency as an easy means of making money

Sometimes we need to take the leap of faith. If there is a big opportunity knocks for sure I will take it. They are only called illega because they don't have permits. But yes they are paying and sometimes they shutdown easily. This game is a gamble. You should know it first before getting their.

Germany. Germany is one of the few European countries that not only allow cryptocurrencies but are also actively involved in the development of blockchain solutions. Germany has completely legalized bitcoin allowing citizens to transact and trade in this coin

I don't consider you can really do crypto currency trading aggressively when your country see it as unlawful. But for the investment, you can quiet invest much funds into it because that doesn't need a percentage of cash in cash out, it only needs cash in and for that reason, it would not be too tough for you to accomplish.

To be very sincere with you I have in cryptocurrency than the FG so for this reason I can not stop investing in cryptocurrency even if our government want to commit suicide I will not pity them.
There is no law that will stop me from investing in cryptocurrency because it the new life
That is the best thing to do. Even if the government has banned crypto currencies, you can still buy from people who want to sell. Also you can use the peer to peer market place of platforms like binance. Government cannot stop us.

Cryptocurrency is illegal in my home country. Buying, selling, or even possessing cryptocurrency is punishable by law. People have been arrested for trading and possessing cryptocurrency. I have never tried using or investing on cryptocurrency because it is illegal here. I never took interest in cryptocurrency until now becauae I did not know how I can earn cryptos. However, bizdustry pays crypto and if I want, I can receive payment in cryptos. Now I want to ask a question, crypto is illegal in my country, should I receive payment in crypto?
Sure, there are ways to go about it without being nipped in through bud. You can circumambulate your transactions so that the government or financial institution of your country won't be aware.

It depends on the meaning of illegal. It is illegal to make bank transactions with cryptocurrency in my country but not illegal to trade.

this all depends on individual perspective and also how pathetic you are to your nation most people will invest even if it is illegal in their country while some were not.

When I said illegal what I mean it the central bank in the country has put a ban on buying. selling, holding, trading, investing, or even mining crypto currencies.

I hope there are no law enforcement in my country following this thread because I already like saving in crypto wallets, lol. The advantage crypto offers is just magnificent and wallet providers keep making deposit and withdrawal simplified so it won't matter if crypto was banned in a particular country.

Even when it was banned in Nigeria before the government lifted the ban,i was going about my normal cryptocurrency transactions on binance platform.

Why make it illegal in the first place, it's not like the government is giving me the means to trade, but if it is indeed illegal in a country, then I think proper and reasonable reasons should be given cos I see no point
