online busunless is faced by a lot of problems, one of the problem faced by online businesses is the lack of capital to finance the already existing biciness, which makes it impossible for the business to go far, another problem faced by online businesses is the lack of enough social presence ,a person who is into online business should have full online presence to be able to meet the needs of his or her customers.
 
Business can fail as a result of wars, recession, high taxation, high interest rate, excessive regulation, poor management decisions, insufficient marketing, inability to compete with other similar businesses and lack of interest from the public
 
Failure is sure if there is no preparation to prevent it. There should be proper monitoring and management of the business. And make sure the business is in line and always ahead the competitors.
 
Not all the online businesses fail because there are some original websites that pays and hire people to work.
But if i talk about some other online business so yeah it fail because of some fraud work or unbalanced management .
They fall to fail side just because of not being available for clients all the time and not giving services properly.
 
The primary failure comes from poor management, lack of knowledge, and lack of publicity. Perhaps there are more important factors, but I think these are the basics.

I think the biggest reason for this is that they don't work hard and don't take interest in the work they start which causes them to suffer huge losses. And the reason they fail is that you can't succeed in business if you don't work hard. I think that's the biggest reason for failure.
