Why most online business fail?

Most online business is profitable but the major reason why it fails is because it is borne out of greed the desire to make money quickly is on the high side and this result in lack of proper planning
 
Failure is that the norm not the exception. most businesses fail eventually. The exceptions ar those who terminate with success by acquisition.

The failure rate for brand spanking new businesses is incredibly high. Most entrepreneurs don’t have what it takes a minimum of in there initial try.

Success in business as in life is tough. It takes toil, skill, intelligence, creativity, resourcefulness, discipline, nimbleness and lots of different uncommon traits.
 
One of the reasons why online marketing fails is the inability to reach more people, secondly, unable to cope with the online expenses and thirdly, unable to target your customers
 
I'm not surprised about it. Because most people do not have sufficient knowledge about how to run it. They just started it and expecting money. Any business either online or offline required a adequate knowledge or idea to run it successfully but if you lack of knowledge, there is no how you won't failed it.

I also learnt the hard way that making money online requires lots of knowledge and skills.

I'm not used to learning ball the time, using Google and YouTube a lot to get information.

Trusted business that you don't believe will benefit me before you can confirm it. people trust online business, they invest all their investment in online business and it turns out to be a fraud. Business is a big loss to them. You have to think like successful people and you will succeed in online business.

There were a few eateries here, fastfood and small restaurants. I think there were about 5. After some years there was a boom. There was a chicken restaurant with unlimited rice, Domino Pizza, Burger place and Tea house. All those I mentioned closed shop after a year or 2. The area was over saturated that the customers couldn't fill all of the eateries. In the online world there are so many sites that open but the potential customers are not growing in number.
 
online business fails due to a lot of reason and a lot of factors too, one of which is lack of capital to finance the already existing business, lack of enough social presence, when the person is not actively present online go post what ever he or she is selling,, and also when the person has little customers or no scistomer at all, it's affect online businesses too.
 
Let me start from the angle of compensation plan, you must not start with high percentage of referral bonus as a newly company. Most of these newly online companies are money oriented i.e. they don't want to build business to an extent before cashing out money. In any new business, the first 5 years is the survival time. When customer base is strengthened, then you can talk of returns or profit as the owner.

Business is quite inherently risky.one of the main reason is managing business funds or capitals.it becomes difficult to handle finances,there is also lack of knowledge of business managment,there is also a very high competition in market and business man failed to know it in early stages.

I think that most online businesses fail because people do not take them as seriously as they do the offline businesses. They think that online businesses should just be easy and so they require no effort. Yet online businesses actually requires commitment and determination for them to succeed.
 
I think it's because most people rush into such without any background research and check hence the failure. They simply don't analyze the needs and demands of consumers beforehand, some of them don't have a good social media platform to advertise hence the failure.

In my point of view Which is the biggest reason for failing to do business online, that buisness not well planned and not much focus on time management and enter into the online business field without skills and experience.
 
First the nature of the business in question matters. Some businesses may actually be better offline. Secondly, are they adding value to their clients or not? A business that is adding little or no value to online users will not thrive for long. Thirdly, a lot has to be put in place to ensure the business is well advertised and people are aware of its online presence. Having a very good business online and no one knows about it is a recipe for failure.
 
Lack of good planning and taking online business for granted.
Online business requires as much focus and commitment as offline or physical business.
Online business needs skill and a very strategic mind to succeed.
 
There are different reasons why online businesses fail. The main reason is because they fail to analyze the needs and demands of target customers. And they don't also have a good social media presence
