The world's population is growing so fast that the government is not setting up factories like this.Which is why so many people are unemployed which is why unemployment is so high. Nowadays unemployment is high because of the corona virus because it stops a lot of work.

I think digitization of what used to be manual works has been contributing to the unemployment rates especially in developing countries. Lack of suitable job vacancies for every graduates on all the courses available in countries adds up to the unemployment rates, low economic growth attributes as well.

The unemployment rate will always be high because the workforce is more than the jobs available, not because people are not innovative enough or whatever. I think the government just need to provide an enabling environment for people to thrive through working.
