I agreed with your line of thought. In winning over your client, don't win them over with empty promises. They set out to hire someone to solve a problem for them which they could have tried to do it themselves but because they desired a better and assuring results, they opted to hire your service. It is deceiving and misleading enough to of you to promise what you can't give. They have a plan and a road road map but with your deceit, they won't get to achieve their set target

very well yes. You need to be decisive on a particular type of business. The moment your customers realize you are sure about what you do or the services you render, they begin to draw back and customers lost might be difficult to get back.
