Why do I need to be decisive on a business?

In most cases yes and also in most cases no, the reason why no is also included is because you won't be decisive in all things , there will be some things you will always have to change.
 
As a professional entrepreneur, for you to go into a business deal with other customers , you must be decisive and make a good research concerning the business before going into the business.

Good illustration. Being decisive in a business will be determined by certain situation , as long as you know what is good for your client you do not have to compromise it for any other thing you do not know.

Research seems to be the best way in deciding the profitability of the business , but most of the research cost a huge amount of money and its also dangerous to base your business on probability .
