Well , I don't know but some business owners believe that the best way to manage a business is to become strict with people that if you do not behave this way a lot of people are likely to take advantage of you and I somehow seems to believe it.

If you don't have the money to pay there is no way you can take the goods. Even if they are your family members, you should not give them goods or products or credit.
