What is the surest way to financial freedom: developing a skill or seeking for employment?

I will go for developing a skill rather than looking for an employment online or offline but If you go for skill development , the skill will be yours to use everytime and bring money for you .

It is quite evident that in developing countries today and other regions of the world it has become a serious matter for discussion whether it would be more sustainable for the government to provide more jobs or if individuals should grow above waiting for the government to create job and help themselves by acquiring a skill.

It would be a disaster to any nation or region of the world if the greater number of the populace suffer from lack of a stable source to generate income for themselves this would lead to the bankruptcy of their economy as people won't be able to get the money needed to live comfortably.

Would it be a sure way out of such disastrous occurrence if the populace would find solutions for themselves by learning or acquiring a skill instead of waiting for the so-called white collar jobs.

Long time no see! :-D Financial freedom means doing what you are good at, what you enjoy, and having the freedom to earn all at the same time. Having a certain skill is good, but not a necessity. Sometimes your skill in finding online work is enough right there.

Skill acquisition is very important if you want to make good income for yourself. The first thing you must do is to acquire skills that are relevant and I would advise that you should get yourself the skills that is not saturated.

Based on experience I think sometimes it depends on our location and I will prefer developing a skills rather seeking for employment this is based on the economic situation of my country.

That is just what can acually make one o be financial independent,because in a paid employment your salary is actually fixed,whereas in a skilled work,you are paid based on you negociating power.

Not all skill will be profitable and as a result of this we just have to research to really understand the most suitable thing we have to do that can help us earn money online or offline. For me, learning a skill and then working as a freelancer is better than a government or private job. Freelancing gives you financial independence as well as freedom. You can work and charge for it on your own choice, depending on your experience and expertise.

I think the definition of financial freedom is a little bit murky, and I'm not sure it is a realistic goal for every single person. But answering the question, I believe being employed and developing skills are ideally not mutually exclusive. Many of us need employment in order to maintain a stable livelihood, but if next to that we can focus on developing marketable skills and figure out ways to start a business or get some passive income, that can be a really good first step.

Bro, nothing beats developing a skill. I've realised that the world is advancing now and specialists are constantly on the need always.
You can start by having a job but ensure that you're developing your skills so you don't get left out at the end.

That is just the fact,having a skill is what will eventually take you very far in your career.You can hardly see much millionaires that are working under the emploment of an organisation.having a skill will give you that edge.
