Feedback system is one of the most crucial system and this may also involve contacting the customers directly rather than depending on the customer alone in order to receive a feedback. I have received a call from KFC when I ordered a meal from them. They are a big company and the main reason why they have been so successful is due to the fact that they care for their customers.

Twitter is a very big social media platform with millions of users and I believe that is the reason why our banks here will always make sure to follow up on any customers that have any challenges making use of their services who came to Twitter to announce it publicly. This is so that they don't give their business a very bad image which thereby encourages how they interact with their customers.
