Well to me personally I think that the factors to consider before buying selling or even trading crypto currencies ought to be the current rates if they are in your favor or not.

The timing is the problem of the traders. They do not know when to buy. When the price is going down like now they are waiting for the price to hit rock bottom. I think when the price recovers it will continue to increase regularly so today is a good time to buy.
