In recent years, we have probably seen house and structures been brought but after some few years..they get collected by the government or there's a dispute between 3or more buyers of same property.
What are the real hazards that face a person buying such property.

When we purchased our current house, the sellers told us they owned the propane tank. But they didn't have the certificate of proof and the title company shrugged and said Oh well. In the previous state where I used to live, if you put something in the contract, it had to be true! Where I live now, it doesn't really matter it seems. The propane company came and put a lock on the tank and told us we couldn't use anyone else to fill the tank because they owned it.
