What are the hazards attached to buying a house that has incomplete documents?

The real estate industry is a very delicate one and as such if you buy a house with incomplete papers you will likely have a problem with the law and might be arrested.
The biggest problem with incomplete documents is getting a fake title. When you buy real estate you have to meet the real owner whose name appears on the title which you should also verify with the land authority. Another way to verify is for the city or town assessor. They have complete records.

You can easily lost anything you bought with incomplete decoment because whenever dispute arises and you're asked to prove or bring your evidence and you bring it incomplete no one can believed that you are the real owner of such property because you don't have the full prove of ownership.
There are so many others involved in buying a particular property that do not have complete document it is very dangerous and might lead to lost of your money because the document here's the proof and evidence of ownership

Buying a house or property without the complete, could cause great harm to the buyer, if you are lucky enough that no issue comes up, if you plan on selling it, it would give you issues, as you might not be able to sell it. Then if you are not lucky, cases might arise of you not being the real owner, or someone else claiming to have brought it before you. And the perfect evidence is that you do not have the full papers

The dangers cannot be overstated. You risk getting scammed by the owners or maybe getting in an issue with fake people posing as owners.

In recent years, we have probably seen house and structures been brought but after some few years..they get collected by the government or there's a dispute between 3or more buyers of same property.
What are the real hazards that face a person buying such property.
The answer is already in your own post. If the document is incomplete, sooner or later the government will collect it or three or more buyers will have a dispute on the same property. There is an illegal documents being done here in our country by the bad elements where they can fake land titles.

Thugs can come in anytime to claim right of the building. It is risky enough to own a real estate property without securing the full legal documents.

The end is usually not good as the house might even be taken from you, my uncle bought a land and built on it, he didn't have the c of o, the house was collected from him.

I also know of some cases like that. The buyer trusted the agent and did not even verify the title with the government office. After staying for a few months the real owner came and was surprised why the property has a tenant (but the buyer was supposed to be the owner). In short, the buyer lost the case.

The major effect of buying such building is that you risk losing that house in ghe long run if you can't claim you are the owner of the land in a competent court of jurisdiction

You run a chance of making the deal of that purchase from a Scam. You should always be sure that the property be it a house or landed property are all properly well documented before you go ahead to making a purchase deal

This is a very important question as much as it has obvious answers many are tempted to buy things that cost lower than its normal price.

Buying a property with incomplete is like doing bad business that may have grave consequences, if litigation arises you are sure to be on the loosing side because of lack of necessary documents.
You might end up buying a fake property if you will not demand a clean title with complete document. I think before you buy you have to check all the details.

It can be very challenging, my uncle went to court, after he was locked out of his house, the case is still in court while nobody is staying in the house it's been locked and guided by military men.

You've highlighted a major part of it - it would put you at great risk. You'll lose the property anytime either to the government or the owners with complete documentation and that will amount to loss on your part because no court will give you claim to that property

Never buy a house, nor whatever property when the documents are incomplete. First of all, one of the most common accident (at least, very common in my former country during my parent's age) is a mortgage that wasn't paid off by the previous landlord. The new landlord could face a nightmare, suddenly finding himself/herself overwhelmed by huge debts (as by law, when we buy a property, even its debts are transferred to the new landlord).

This is even quite riskier than investing in high-risk investments. It can cause not just the loss of the money and the building or land, but a jail sentence where you will have to pay for damages before getting freedom.

You need to be very very careful while or when buying landed property , make sure all the document are intact not a single one should be given excuse to as it might affect latter in the future

First of all, I can't purchase a property without complete legalized documents no matter how juicy it may be. The consequences of the aftermath will be negative.

Incomplete document? Hmm you have to be sure of the document that the property is having is really genuine so as not to be fake and why is it not complete because the property might not belong to that person selling it and your money might just be a waste.

One major hazard in am asure you of having will be an unending court suits to anther on such property. Why would you even think of buying any property with such incomplete document in the first place? No matter the price offered you,you shouldn't get yourself involved with it

There is so many risks attached to buying a house that has no complete documents. It is as good as not having any document. You might lose the property if a problem arises. The seller may deny selling the property to you in the first place. So please, do not joke with documents
