I think that advantages outweigh the disadvantages. The fact of the matter remains that you may work and create your own schedule when it comes to making money online.
You get to make your own schedule, the hard part is sticking to it, especially if you are working multiple online jobs.
First, you need to get the schedule down, even if it needs to be written out. I've found myself working longer than expected on one job, and then that steals time away from the other(s). With transcription work, sometimes there's a deadline and you need to finish that first, no matter what.

Working online has some good things and some not-so-good things. One good thing is that it gives you flexibility. You can choose when to work and where to work, as long as you have the internet. This means you can have more time for other things you enjoy. Another good thing is that you don't have to travel to work, so you save time and money. You can also find more job options because you're not limited by where you live. However, working online can be lonely because you don't see your coworkers. It can also be hard to stay focused with distractions at home. Sometimes, the internet might not work well and make things difficult. Lastly, you need to be responsible and motivated to work without someone watching over you.
It all depends on the type of job either traditional office job or online job, one of the advantages of online jobs working from home is that you have time to do multiple things at your own time and pace compared to office jobs.
It depends on the person, what your talent is, what jobs you're looking for and so on. I think there are advantages, like being able to work from your home, on your own time, make your own schedule, etc. But, there are disadvantages like; less work sometimes, tougher to find work, sometimes not having work for days, weeks and sometimes months, etc.
More disadvantages would probably be that you're not face-to-face with co-workers and boss, and you might not have as many meetings as you'd need.

Advantage online business is we can work from home, don't need cost going to work because we only work from home, Disadvantage online business is maybe make our time in social crowd being reduced. However, no I work full-time online, but still it takes a lots of time to make money online. Having a realistic target is one of the key ways to make sure that you do not stress yourself.

When I was working a day job (well, it was more like a late afternoon/early evening job,) I didn't have time to work online at all. The job was at a college.
But I did do some quick transcription files over the Holiday breaks and during the summer.
When I work online exclusively, I just plan the schedule day by day, because each day is different.

I was also working a day job at certain time. It was quite exhausting. Despite all that, I still used to stay active on Bizdustry. I hardly found time for other forums, but I preferred staying active on Bizdustry. Right now I am still the most active member in here out of all the members. I love this platform.
I would actually say that one of the biggest advantages of working online is that you are going to be independent when it comes to working for yourself and also choose the kind of job that you want to do. On the disadvantage of working online is that you might end up not getting enough job that is going to pay you well to be able to take care of your responsibilities.

You don't see people talking about this but one of the biggest disadvantages of online work is there is no financial security, you do not get any employer benefits like insurance, pension, retirement benefits, provided funds, etc. You also need to be highly skilled to be able to earn decently.
You're very correct on this account. I'm very sure that most people still decide to hold on to their offline jobs because of these security benefits like health insurance, pension, retirement benefits, guaranteed funds or payment and so much more. With freelancing jobs, you're completely on your own.
If you are skilled, it wouldn't be very difficult to generate full-time income online, however, you might not be able to build financial security as your income fluctuates and at times you will also have no work. People often say working online means flexible working hours and no boss to dictate you. They don't know sometimes you have to wake up in the middlke of ghe night to catch up with the client that is form another part of the world.

Seriously, I have had this experience on more than one occasion. Most of my clients have their day during my night time. So, I'm practically online all the time to catch up with them because it's when they are awake that's my night. It's not easy for me in the beginning but I've gotten used to it now.
If you have worked many years online, and have done plenty of freelancing jobs, you can easily understand how painful some online jobs can be and how bossy some employers can be. Scamming is another common problem in online work. Your clients frequenmtly scams you.
The advantage of online work over office work is how flexible the job is. It doesn't conscript you like you're in the army to work it a particular way. There are some online jobs which pays better offline job. The disadvantages of working online is lack of job security.

I would like to comment about the job security factor. There is a lack of job security when it comes to making money online because there is a lots of competition. However, job security is not guaranteed in case if you work an offline job either. Both the markets are quite competitive.
What are you staying? In offline jobs, there's job security. You have health insurance and some other insurance securities. It will be a miserable offline job which won't offer any insurance to the workers.
