I have see to different terms used for digital currency, some are called tokens and some are called crypto currency. Are these terms same or have different meanings. In case they are different what differentiate tokens with crypto currency?
I think that it is not a surprise that there is uncertainty surrounding the distinct difference between both of these terms, because these words are used interchangeably, especially when discussing cryptocurrencies and the crypto market.

The main difference between the two, is that a coin requires hard work to create, while a token can be created easily by the organization that made it.

Personally, I see tokens as easier to get, because of the fact that it easier to claim.

From the little knowledge i have of crypto currencies, tokens and coins or crypto currencies are the same thing. They are just different words, but they address the same thing.

A cryptocurrency can be referred to any kind of instruments that can be transferred from one person to another without needing a central regulating authority.

however I believe every crypt exchanges have their own preset rules and they will accept the crypto in its exchange based on their own terms and conditions. For example, doge is listed on binance but not on coinbase.

I'm not sure, but I think each cryptocurrency exchange has its own set of guidelines and will accept cryptocurrencies into its exchange based on those guidelines.
Doge, for instance, is available on Binance but not Coinbase.

Are you certain that Dogecoin is not listed on Coinbase? Through its own exchanger, Coinbase offers more than 250 coins. A popular coin, Dogecoin should be listed there. I'll return to that location to confirm what he claimed was accurate.
