I think the solution is put more work on the development of rural areas. Make more opportunities available there. Governments should work on it, why are people swarming on the urban areas? Because that's where the opportunities are whether you wanted to do business or wanted a job that's the place to go. We're having that problem im my country. Many people on the provinces are going to the capital to look for jobs which ends up in homelessness. It happens a lot.
