Should You Hire A Finance Manager For Your Company?

Any big business venture must try as much as possible to hire a manager. The manager will help to oversee they affairs in the business venture. If it is not a big business I don't think there is a need for that.

Yeah, if your business is big, you will need more hands managing the finances and books of the company. Record keeping and accounting is not an easy job to be ran by one person for a big company.

Well, it takes a lot of willpower to make sure that you control your expenses and stop spending money. This is what I am planning to do. The fact remains that saving money is quite hard.

saving money is not easy actually but it is not impossible. You just have to make sure that you put the right things in place and be very much disciplined. It may not be easy but it is very possible.

It might not be impossible to save money. However, as inflation is increasing, it is becoming incredibly hard. The fact remains that many people do not even have the right resources to fulfil their needs at the right time.

That is very true. There are so many people who are not making enough money to be able to take care of their needs talk less of saving. that is why I prefer to try to have multiple sources of income.
 
If you already have an accountant which I suppose every organization should have, there is no need for a financial manager. All the roles you mentioned there are roles that can be performed by an accountant.

Having a financial manager and an accountant would lead to duplicity of roles and unnecessary redundancy.

Yeah, an accountant can do all the financial management of a company. Having both an accountant and financial manager will just lead to duplication of roles and a wastage of money paying our two salaries instead of one.
