As for me, I see no reason why bitcoin payment should not be accepted in a charity organisation. Bitcoin should be accepted everywhere. The world is modelizing and every organisation has to be up to standard

It all depends on the choice of the organisation but I don't really think bitcoin should be accepted in charity organisation because it is not a business organisation.

I do not think there is anything wrong with charity organizations including crypto as one of it means of parent since a lot of people now use it and that is where some people have their spare income. The only problem is if they can't convert it to fiat currency.

Cryptocurrencies is the easiest means of payments for goods and services, gone are the days where PayPal was the most accepted digital assets. If businesses and individual could accept cryptocurrencies as a valid means of payments I do not see the reasons why charity organizations will be left out.

Should crypto be accepted as a payment method at charity organisations?
Yes and no. This is because a lot of fraudulent activities will be going on using that method of donation and it won't be accounted for at all.

Cryptocurrencies provide massive opportunities for charities to increase revenue and donations by allowing them to use an increasingly common and easily transferable type of currency. However, it may also present difficulties, such as security and complexity.

Well, I do not see anything wrong with donating Bitcoin or any other crypto currency to charity organizations as it could be converted to fiat money by the same organization. In fact, it could be a away for them to invest it if they are savvy in that line.

Probably too , because if they know the potential and profit , they will hold the coin instead of selling the coin immediately they get the coin

The world has not fully accepted the use of crypto currency in their day to day activities, it will take some time to accept crypto currency. But I don't see why a charity organization will not accept it if they know the use.

Cryptocurrency is now becoming widely spread and globally acceptable that every business organization either profit or non profit should embrace. Accepting cryptocurrency currency in a charity organization will enable ease of donations from different sponsors worldwide.

As long is a currency and it can be used to in respect of money i don't see anything bad in it. The only disadvantage of accepting crypto is the votality involved

This is a good question specifically for those in countries that considers crypto an illegal commodity (not really a currency). Charitable donations are always free of taxes so I wonder how the conservatives would take a crypto donation. The charitable institution has to change the crypto to their own currency in order to use. How would they do that?

Cryptocurrency is fast becoming the means of exchange and it is very easy to send money to anyone in the world. I think it will be in the best interest for charity organization to accept cryptocurrency as means of people sending donor to them.

I see no reason why cryptocurrencies shouldn't be accepted at charity organizations. If these charity organizations can accept physical donations, I see nor reason why they shouldn't accept cryptocurrencies

yes they surely should, lot of people have lot of money in crypto and not fiat money, they still might want to donate if crypto was accepted as payment method
