What is the acceptable profit margin in a business?

it depends on the business, like in Forex and stocks if you play your games right you can get 100% in profit. But I think the profit margin should not be less than 20/30% profit.
For a company that is just starting, I think that 30% or 40% would be acceptable, now a large company perhaps expects a 50% margin. profit

Not body gonna give you the accurate information about that question you asked, because every business has its own margin of profit. Outsiders can't detect what you make in you business.
The profit margin in Business shouldn't be more than 70/30. With this it will be good for the trader to know that he or she is making some head way
