It is true that many businesses are paying in litecoin more than others altcoins means your prediction is true about the increase to 300 $ by the end of the year. If litecoin is 105 $ means by end of the year it could reach even 210 $ or 315 $.

I have not seen it increase beyond 200 in 2021, so I don't know how come suddenly it would be getting the 300 USD value. I suppose it may be possibility but I don't feel its going to be on that path. In near future I suppose there are chances but not necessary if they do manage to earn that in the long term.

Yes compared to bitcoin cash 6 networks confirmations takes arround 15 minutes in litecoin but 1 hour for bitcoin cash one this is why most of people prefer for transact.

In last few days litecoin grown very well but it couldn't reach 300 dollars but it has the potential to go higher next year.
