Isn't really a suggestion to use the professional and non developer's without the partner. We may call him a traitor. Use one of the collaborations without others' permission to use the company fund. It is a treachery of the highest order that the relationship will not last long. The partner must have a mediator who can make peace between the two or the Organization will suffer. You have to be honest to the cofounder of your business because accountability is necessary to any form of business,in this case without informing your business cofounder that you use business funds in something else can cost you your job.
