Real estate business has been very good business in the past. The value of property increases every year.
But during the past decade crypto currency is taking ension of investors. Bitcoin value hit 40000$ in January 2021.
My question is this, is it still better to invest in real estate? Or we should invest in crypto?

Real Estate all the way if you're here in the USA. I cant speak for other countries. I own rental properties that bring me in a steady income every month. With the 10 doors I own each one makes $1000/m So every 3-4 months I could buy a bitcoin and that coin does erratic jumps where as the rents on my properties increase 3% every year.

They can both be done simultaneously if you have the capital for it or you can forgone one for the other depending on your financial strength. Investing in crypto and Real estate should be done simultaneously, but with more capital invested in Real Estate because it's an physical asset. Mind you, a lot of things can still happen in the crypto world. The reason some are still afraid to invest in crypto is because fear of future happenings and uncertainties that exist the crypto market.
