Not only on fiverr but I think if you are looking for posters who can post on your forum I think that you will need to advertise your service here people will bid or turn up to post on the forum if they have knowledge on what your forum targeted to

You will get quality posters if you open your forum for paid posting via the forum wheel. I don't see many god writers standing alone and being paid to post sites.
