How to handle defaulting tenants?

Sending those kinds of people out might not be a good idea, I think you should try taking to them if they wouldn't listen then that's the best time to let them go.
 
Some defaulting tenants doesn't mean to default but its because they don't have the money to pay their rent at that particular time but some are always fond of defaulting and they should be dealt with .

Such happens to my own parents estate investment. Those Tennant's who refused to pay what is written as consensus are stubborn and fraudulent. They should be charged to charge to explain why such persistency in debt.

In such kind of cases, you must go to the police station and ask them to take some kind of action against the tenants if the tenants do not leave your property.

Absolutely true, one thing I noticed with some tenants is that even if the have the money they will not like to pay, this a very bad attitude, such Kinds of people should be dealt with.

Well, you can start by increasing their rent and making them pay higher than you know they can afford and that would make them leave. There's a need for peace and tranquility amongst your tenants and it's your duty to do away with defaulting ones.

If the tenants refuse to pay after several warning and pleas, then the next step should be to involve the law enforcing agency. I believe you've agreement with them before you rent out the property to them. By not paying their dues, there are breaching the agreement that was signed. So that alone is enough to charge them to court.

In all things we do, let humanity leads.A tenant should be respected as respect is reciprocal. If tenant is unable to renew rent due,don't hesitate to give them additional days , because they are renters doesn't mean they are hopeless
 
If your tenant is faulty I beleive that what you should do is for you to hire someone who can stand with you as a lawyer and take him to court when you do this you will be able too report all the things he does wrong and such tenant will be taken to court and damages will be paid

I have always believed that tenants will be able to pay their money up front because of the so much problems that a lot of householders have to face so this is going to stop a lot of these issues.

And not only that , a lot of lawyers and judges are trying to use a court case as a way of generating money . They may keep on postponing something that could have been done easily. Making it last longer so they can keep on milking money from you..
 
I believe we do face this kinds of things in our businesses, the best way to take care of this kinds of people is by not sending them away, there's no need to keep such kinds of people.
