A good investor has a foresight on the term of investment. When you invest your extra money it wouldn't matter if you have to keep the investment longer than you had planned. If you need the money then you will be forced to sell even at a lower price.

Well I think most people hardly look into that , because if the person is investing like that then he should be ready to hold for long and accumulate the profit
