I have not used it. However, I think that it could be a useful tool to manage your content. I have been reading much about it and it seems like they have many features that are much better than other social media marketing tools.

I think that ContentCal has been re-branded. The new name of ContentCal is Adobe Express, as far as I know. I think that they have been stating on their website that this product is free. However, I am not sure if this is actually the case or if they are offering this for free. This is because they do offer the option to upgrade the plans and purchase premium version as well.
