the best choice if your on a budget is GTX 1050 ti you can set the texture to high but all the other settings on the game should be lowered for you to get the highest possible frames.

The Nvidia GTX 1050ti is the best GPUs for HTPC in the category low to middle range GPU. It handles 4K video well and is a capable of playing modern games with about 60 frames per second (FPS) on 1080p

I have always been a fan of AMD, but my latest R7 370 died some months ago, so now I would choose NVIDIA.
Go on GTX 1050 Ti (you can find it under 150€), if you can.
