Ever kept a work issue secret to skip any legalities?

Was there ever a time where you saw something bad happen at your job or you saw something happening that was against the rules, but maybe you kept it a secret to not deal with any legalities? I have never witnessed anything in my jobs working for others, but I'm sure there are some people who are willing to keep secrets to not deal with the drama. I myself would probably report any wrongdoing. What about you?

If you want to keep your position this is what needs to be done exactly because some people may lose their lives and get killed for saying such illegal acts to authorities not lose their work only and this is sad truth far from ethical or not ethical especially someone needs money in every day of life.

I am quite sure that there might be many people who may be doing that in their daily lives. The fact remains that they never want to face legal issues related to the job. This is why they hide many things. However, I have never done anything like that while I was at the job.
