Do you workout while working?

Has there ever been a time where you done your daily workout while working? Maybe you have a standing desk and a treadmill to run on while working, or you have an eliptical bike you ride while doing your daily work. Do you like to do any form of working out while working?
 
I have not done it before. I can't mix working and working out as that will make a mess of the whole situation. I like to focus on doing one first and giving my all at it instead of trying to get two things happening at the same time. One will definitely get more of the attention.
 
It is going to be very difficult for me to be working out now so doing another work like my office work which I am doing at home. This is because the kind of workout drills that I take on whenever I'm working out is going to make it impossible for me to be engaged in another thing until I am done with my working out session.

If you go with difficult drills, then it is of no use to engage in other works. You want to stay fully focused and do the right things with your training. I can't even imagine getting involved with my work when I am training at home or at the gym.

Let me just give you a very clear example of what I mean. I will take it that you understand and know a lot of workout drills. Some of the drills that I don't miss out on whenever I'm working out are ; Crunches, Planks, Press up and etc. With those drills, you can't do anything else but them.
 
No, I don't workout when I'm working. I workout when I wake up in the morning. It's among the first thing I do after waking up. If I'm working, I don't do any other thing because I don't want to be distracted.

It is going to be better for you to do both things at different time I cannot be working out and it's still going to be convenient for me to be working on some of the online jobs that I need to take care of. It is when I have completed my workout that I am going to resume working on job that I need to do.
 
Workout during work is a no to me. I haven't done it before, least I can do outside my break time is maybe stretch myself and something of that kind.

It is even only those who are working online on full-time business at home(remotely) that can have the opportunity of engaging in working out while they are at work. This is something that is completely impossible for someone to do when they are working in an office and they cannot go to a break and decide to go to the gym to workout before coming back to work.

Very positive. let's assume one using his break for workout, when break is over and you are expected to start work asap, you most times have this uneasiness as the biological system will need some rest before getting to work.

Exactly! There is no way you are going to feel lively immediately after working out. This is the reason why whenever you get back from the gym, you need time to shower, eat and rest before you regain your energy. This is not something that is going to be easy for you to do when you workout in between the time you are working in the office.
 
I don’t have any exercise equipment at home, but when I was at a friend’s house, he had a treadmill and a table that could be raised to the height of a person, so I tried to walk on the treadmill and at the same time type on the keyboard, but it was not very convenient, but it was worth a try. interesting
