the standard practice i believe is that you should always withdraw your earnings, as some of this online platforms are not reliable and may crash at any time without prior notice of any kind or means of settling the workers.

When it comes to earning money and withdrawing, I normally save up my funds before requesting a withdrawal. In some cases, if I'm low on funds or I have a special need for the money, I will request an immediate withdrawal, but I normally tend to save up the money until I absolutely need it. This question is for all online workers. I tend to prefer withdrawing my money immediately I reach minimum payout especially if it is a new site or if I desperately need the cash. Again, when I get paid by PayPal, I always withdraw the money immediately to my local bank. This is because it is not safe to leave money in PayPal for a long time. What about you, do you save your cash in PayPal and only withdraw once it reaches a certain threshold or you always withdraw immediately?

It depends, if someone needs money immediately he or she will withdraw it but I think most of the people will invest it and it would be a wise choice to invest what you earn.

Personally speaking I would withdraw money immediately I reach the minimum withdrawal threshold for a new site that I suspect it's legitimacy. But for a legit site that has been paying me without problems like two to three times I would let my money to grow there till it reaches the desired target before I make a withdrawal request.
