I am quite sure that the value of fiat currencies do not increase like the value of cryptocurrencies. So withdrawing your money and investing your money wisely after withdrawing is the best decision you can make. Keeping the money in your account will only depreciate the value of your money.

in most of the trusted site I know like fiverr and freelancer I can allowed it to grow, even here on bizdustry I can also allowed it to grow because they are trusted sites, I cannot allowed my money for a long time in a site that I do not trust because they can run away anytime.

Just like you, I withdraw my money immediately. It's because hackers might snatch my hard earned money so easily. After I reach the minimum threshold for withdrawal, I immediately request a payout. I better do it than to be sorry later.

There is a friend of mine called Ragnar, he's always with such opinion as you do that it's not wise to leave your funds on websites too long. It's better to take your funds immediately you get them.

I keep it all in my PayPal and if I run low at the end of the month (which is always) then I transfer the $$ from PP to credit card.

I agree that you almost do not earn when you keep your money in the bank or in the wallet because the value of fiat does not change much. However you have to take note that investing your money in crypto is not a safe investment for you can suffer losses.

I used to be this kind of person that let my online earning to grow on the platform for a while before I will do it but since a friend of mine made me to understand that anything can happen on an online platform that may little me losing my online earning. So since then I do not wait for my online earning to get very much before I will draw it.
