I think that the demand of the product is related to the location. Some products are demanded much more in certain areas and this is why they sell like hot cakes in certain locations.

That is exactly what I said up there. I personally wouldn't consider to establish a business when I have not put into consideration the location suitable for that business. I wouldn't just want to be careless about the business I have established with my money.

I understand your point quite well. However, in some cases, life does not deal us the best hand, and we have to make use of that to thrive. With that being said, due to different factors, one may not find a great location, but will make sure the business thrives regardless.

Only if they can manage a business from the wrong location to make it a successful one There is no problem. Just that its risky considering the fact that you're going to spend a lot of money in setting up the business.
