Do you market outside of your home country?

When it comes to owning sites/forums, do you often market in just your home country? Or do you also try to market towards other countries as well? I figure it would be a good idea to market just about everywhere. But you would also need to have options on your site to change the language, so that it's inclusive for just about everyone.

I sell to local people occasionally and I mainly sell internationally. My buyers are based in Europe and America. I sell through various online marketplaces. Since my buyers are located in other countries, I also run ads to target people in countries where most of my buyers are based.
