Do you make friends with all co-workers or try to steer clear of most of them?

When it comes to working at a place of work with a group of other employees, do you usually try to make friends with this group of employees? Or do you like to not make too many friends or acquaintances? I will talk to people, but I don't make much of an effort to make them my friends. When I worked at the call center a few years back, I remember talking to a small group of people. But I never became their friends. I probably could've with a couple of them, but after I was done with that temp job, I never looked back.

I try to be in friendly terms with my co-workers but I do not make my co-workers my friends. IN fact I am not the most friendly guy. I am very choosy when it comes to making friends. IN fact have have a small group of friends and most of my friends are from my school days and college days

When there are so many people who are working in the company, I doubt if it is possible for you to be friends with everybody. The most important thing is for you to find a way to mutually work and coexist with anyone that you find yourself being your colleague at any workplace. This is because when you are making it very difficult to work with the person, you are going to be the person that management is going to look at terminating his employment.
