Do you care to offer your real estate property for someone to manage in your absence??

That's the way to go bro. Except one doesn't want to expand or wants to remain locally, then there's no need to look for someone to manage your business.
Once you're growing, you'll need to seek for a real estate expert and get all the necessary help to move your business forward
Indeed this is something you cannot avoid or escape especially if your goal is to grow the business. When others start managing your business, it would give you more time to not only rest but also focus on raising up other places.
 
Seriously when it comes to the issue of business or in terms of money I don't really trust anyone talk more of handling my Estate to maintain in my absence.
 
If it's someone with impeccable character, someone that as proven to be honest, with good and clean financial records. Then, you would still need to manage your property partially by overseeing the business. Normally, if you have more than one business, you would still need to manage your business.
 
Yes! I'll pay the services of a legal entity to oversee my property while I'm busy running other businesses. I won't just give it to any body without proper agreement and documentation because I'm not trusting anyone.

It's best to manage something yourself, no one would manage it like you do but in a case where I have to be somewhere else then I would go into legal agreement with a firm to look after it for me stating terms and conditions
 
There is absolutely nothing wrong with that because you should know the kind of friend or relative you entrust such a property/ business to in your absence. If you know someone to be fraudulent in most of his activities and you go ahead entrusting your real estate to such a person that's when you are wrong.
 
It is wise. But only if you trusted the person but if trust is absent it not wise to do so. Trust is the precious thing you can give to out to people.
 
When the proprietor of a real estate business is unwell or has another business to attend to, it is not like a grocery store in your neighborhood that will close. Real estate is a massive industry that not only employs a large number of people but also involves a significant financial commitment. You can't manage it on your alone; you already have helpers to help you with the business.
 
I think there is nothing wrong giving someone your real estate to manage it is very good idea, if the person is not around to manage the place.
 
In this case it's actually depends if I'm I can run or continue with my real estate activities then I won't but if I can't then I have to look for someone who is trusted and capable to handle it
 
A lot of people have others run a property for them if they can afford to do so. As long as you can pay someone to do that, than I say go for it. Having someone managing a property for you, will save a lot of time. But, it will be costly.
 
That is the the best thing to do in the absence of the owner but I will advise that a professional should be engage to handle it,he will be the one that the tenants can direct their complaints to and he will be on ground to address it,also he will be able to do maintenance on the property as at when needed.

This is not something new, many people do it and very few get to regret afterwards.
There is no harm handing over your properties to someone you trust to oversee them in your absence.
 
I already have the difficulty of delegating the management of the my properties to someone else. The problem I have is that I always think that no one can care for my thing the way I do. More so, majority of the people over here have poor mentality, which makes them mismanage the funds they may realised from managing my properties.

But, I would to ensure it is someone who has bought my trust. These days, brothers are taking over brothers investment without a bit of conscience.

I think one of landlord's obligations is to ensure that the property is ready for possession, there is nothing bad in handling your property to the agent and manage it for you
 
In a situation where you have more than one property and even some in a different location from your place of residence, you may not have any other choice than to get someone to mange them.
Most times some persons just see the profitability in the real estate sector without knowing that it requires expertise to keep up with the structure,and that is where the proffessionals have to come in to do the management.
 
I won't really have any problem with that but the person must really be a trusted person because obviously I can't just give out my property to people I don't really know. I can also give it out to trusted real estate organisations.
