Satisfying customers needs is the best thing that can happen to any business. A satisfied customer is likely to come back 80% of the time. Every business should put in an extra effort to ensuring that customers are maximally satisfied.
Customer they say is king,so we sholud treat them.Their sugestion and input shoild not be taking for granted.When i started my service business we ensure that our services to clients was optimal,we tell them our avialability and when we would be coming for such job,and this earn us a reputation as a provider that keeps to their words.

The customers should always be treated like a king,because if they are not there the essence of the bueiness is already defeated.And emotional level of service need to be attatch to how you relate to your customers,like having a comprihensive data about them,calling them on their birthday,or anivassary,this will give them a feeling of self worth,this goes beyound the normal commerce.

I do hear business owners saying the customers is always right no matter what they do or say. Which means as a business owner your major duty is to make sure you please the customers, always make sure they are satisfied so they would want to come back again and again
