This is actually something that I am still looking forward to doing in my own business of poultry and fish farming because I believe that it is going to get to the point where I am going to have my own structure in the business that even if I am not around presently, my business will still be going and I will be getting every detail of the business feedback

In order to grow your business, you may need to market your business more and more. This may be quite hard thing to do so, but it may be worth it. The fact of the matter remains that you may need to hire managers for that. This will enable your business to run without you.

It is not about just marketing my business products that is going to make it to function without me being on ground facilitating the business operation because marketing is all about getting the information about the business out there that there are products to be sold. But the works that are needed to be carried out before those products are available to be sold is what is going to need a structure that will help it to the ongoing even when I am not around.

My business can be able to run on its own without for only 1 week maximum. There are aspects of my business which I can make a standing provision that will last only a week. It's why I can't be away from my business for more than one week. I've only been away from my business for 2 days.

At the moment, it is difficult for that to happen since I am still growing this business and have limited staff that are helping out. One thing with leaving your business with staff is that as long as they are ready to work and fully committed, you can be off for a day or two as the owner and don't feel the need to panic.

Without having the right team behind your business working on committed levels for your business, it's going to be very difficult for you to even run and manage the business when you're around. Imagine what's going to happen when you're not around..? Most workers are always looking out for themselves first in any place they are working.

This is why I am very careful about the business that I am building and don't want to leave some stones unturned. Being in control is what makes a good business person and that is why even some basic business activities, I am always aware of it.

Seriously, as much as I would love my business of poultry and fish farming to run very well without me being there, I will still have the need to oversee things in how everything is carried out in the business from time to time. I'm the only person who knew what it took me to start the business and I can't see it get thrown under the bus because of lack of effort because I'm no longer there.
