Chargebacks - How do you handle them?

There are buyers whose intention is just to scam the seller and get the product for free. They will buy from you and then shortly file for chargebacks saying the product is not good or they never received product.
 
I have not started selling therefore I have had no charge backs. I shop online but the payment system I use do not allow me to send charge backs. However, I can complain to the site where I made the purchase.
 
If you cannot directly send chargebacks to the seller, I think there is a risk of buying from that kind of site. The ecommerce site should allow the buyers to file chargebacks in case they are cheated.
 
According to my information chargeback range is $15. Anyone who gets chargeback’s directly affected on your work and it’s really awful. Too many charges back mean your business is at the edge of the end. You can file via MasterCard which is some sort of unusual era. If any purchaser files, the chance of a win is very low. The companies over and over again in support of the purchaser, I must say no way of escape.
The charge back issue can not be over emphasized and this is because of the nature of service rendered, else more emphasis should be base onnthe benefits.
 
Chargeback is very good for the buyer because with it your money can be refunded to you any time you requested for it when you don't like a product or product stopped working
 
Concerning your question on chargebacks. I would say charge back is the refund of money back to the buyer of a products. It's a very frustrating experience for merchant and you feel pained, as the seller or shop owner having thought a deal was completed
 
Exactly, there is right and there is limits to right, most customers or consumers don't know their right,and at the end they become a victim of exploitation,we must try every means possible to get involved in.

That's the reason I use paypal while buying. paypal allows you to dispute the transaction if you are cheated or scammed. When shopping online everyone should be using paypal
 
Chargeback is not something good when it comes to business it is very bad, if you get too many chargeback in your business it means your business at it end
 
Charge backs are a very frustrating experience for any body to be honest. And to make matters even worst, you can not do anything to stop them. So I just take them like that.

The concept of charge back is very good measure as it becomes a win- win situation for both the customer and product or service provider.To avoid such ywhat you stated in your ad,should be what you are giving to the cuatomer.And alsoyour intergrity will be at stake here and on the flip side customers will not run with your money.

As a shop owner. If I should address the charge back, I will rather say both the sender and the receiver will have to divide the charge back to 50/50 among ourselves.

I think the best way to deal with this as a business owner is to sign a contract with the customer stating the terms and conditions before having a business transaction with them. If there is any attempt of fraud through chargeback, the contract can be used as an evidence to favour you.

The chargebacks are obviously one of the things to plan for in an online shop. You would have it written in the plan because there are possibilities that the products may be returned.
