I think the best way to handle this kind of situation is just to make sure all products are in good shape or conditions because if they are in good shape no buyer or customers will say he or she wants to return the product they but
 
Charge back is good in one aspect and bad in another aspects while because some people are now using it to get money back even though the transaction is successful or not they will still go back requesting for charge back.

normally chargeback do occur when doing business because cold of business is neither you loss or you gain and their must be a preparation for business down fall and it is good to have plan B in a business in other to go for the second plan if their is chargeback in a business.

This is one of the business disadvantages where by before starting business, their must be backup for business before going in to it. If their is loss in business, the backup that as been prepared for the business will make the business return to is normal position.

make sure you deliver the right profit for your clients. Don't clone quality profits and sell fake products at the end to your clients. That will put your profit end, and business reputation in geopardy.

refund to customers is OK, they return the goods and of course they will ask for a refund that will be paid to their accounts ..for traders and it is not a successful transaction because it is demanding paperwork and they lose for sale
 
If you have good customers service and high quality product than It shouldn't be big issue but chargeback is very common as customers often do fake chargeback or use stolen card details. So better use PayPal as merchant which helps little bit better than dealing directly.
 
At first you have to be sure and certain of what you are about to buy or sell, because if you are not sure of yourself is either you are been scammed or you scam someone else in there. But in a situation where by you are been legit and you want to purchase something on a platform,and the moment you paid and the seller don't want to release what you paid for,you call the attention of the site admin to rectify what's going on at that moment,by you doing that and the situation get settle, it won't spoil your reputation on the site.
