I think it is difficult to earn 3 bucks from pay to click websites but you can earn it from freelancing websites like Upwork, fiver, freelancer and latium if you have a specific talent.

I am quite pessimistic on the possibility of earning $3 daily from these kind of websites. You will need to refer people, and upgrade to a paid subscription before you even stand a chance of earning this amount per day.
