Can I become a creative graphics designer in 3 months

Of course it's a good time frame. You can learn graphics designs and be so good at it if those 12 weeks are so dedicated to its learning. It takes enough practice! Like, practice after practice and make mistakes that will be used as learning opportunities to improve. If possible, you will be able to start making simple but good designs in less than 12 weeks. Just concentrate and don't get frustrated.

There is nothing that is impossible, first of all, get a good and well experienced tutor to teach you. Then compliment what you are being taught with YouTube videos on creative graphics. You can even go to Google play and search for app on graphics. Many of them are there and the good part is that they are simple and easy to learn and use.
