Every business requires understanding and if you really understand what it takes to engage in the business , I don't see anything wrong with that as long as you have not broken any rules. Business are mainly for people with understanding.

Yes it's very possible for a realtor to go into building materials Business and sell this material to the real estate he or she is managing. To some extent it will even pay the realtor because it will be very easy for the realtor to sell his or her materials on time since they will be the one still managing the project of the Estate

That is what we call diversification,because he cannot just depend on his role as a realtor only,but to look into other areas that is related to his field,and this one is actually a good one.
