As much as I know, the Philippines is a developed country with a number of online shopping sites with offers and discounts. I am sure Amazon and eBay must be there besides other local sites with offers that you would find interesting and lucrative.
I don't advice for buy computer online especially if the merchant is from foreign country for a simple reason just because the tax imposed in electronics items are high for individuals in some countries.
