I am also against being bookish when it comes to business plan. However, consulting the standard is not bad because it comes complete with what you may need if you do not have the experience. My take on the business plan is to have a clear description of the business and the layout of the operation. The capitalization and the estimated profit is also stated which would pose as the challenge when you make the start up.
