Monopolizing of business is not not good thing a country must do because it will definitely affect the economy of such countries but if there's competition , the price of the goods in the market will always comes down.

Yes could be true. But what disadvantage does this have in the economy of the country ? because for me as long as the government gives the permission there shouldn't be any side effects.

Government monopolies are acceptable because the government's prices are lower than the private companies' prices for commodities and services. Secondly, when the government makes money, it will be able to give back the society through infrastructure development, social security benefits, etc. However, when private company makes money, it only keeps for itself.

There are many products offered by the governmental stores in her and it is considered that the prices of those commodities are generally lower. The monopoly of Dangote Group of Companies have been a foot on the neck of so many people in my country. The man practically owns everything that's happening in Nigeria. He's now been given rights to run oil refinery. This is the last straw. They should just sell the country to him.

Well, such kind of companies also exist in other countries as well. During the pandemic, many companies started to manufacture products particularly for patients who were suffering from covid-19. This also includes oxygen suppliers as well. They increased their prices due to high demand.
