Any sites you can find traffic easily?

Are there any sites I can look at where I can maybe find some traffic? Maybe it's a site where you list your site to a database. Or maybe it's a site where it helps you promote your site. Are there any sites just for helping sites find traffic? And legit traffic.

Submitting your site on some websites, database, directories, etc. does not build your traffic. Well, you might receive occasional traffic but that will be just a couple of visits. The best way to drive traffic is by promoting your site through social media pages where there are thousands of followers.
