Would you raise your children the way your parents raised you?

In my childhood, I thought that if I had children of my own, I would definitely not raise them the way I was raised because I didn't like it. However, over time, when I grew up, I realized that I did not know how to properly raise my child, and maybe my parents were right

I will raise them in my own way. That does not mean I won't follow the necessary procedure and precautions nor neglect wise strictness and freedom when need arise.

I would take my children to church, but that's not saying my parents weren't good in other ways, though. Anyway, when I take them to church, I wouldn't do it in some abusive way. However, I'm not sure what that would entail.
